Recently, the graduate Party branch of water conservancy engineering of the college of ocean science and engineering, together with the graduate Party branch of civil and water conservancy, launched an online activity to learn the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. Han Ruimin from Tongji University's theory plus propaganda group is specially invited to exchange learning experiences.

He led the student party members to learn the main contents of the resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the party's Centennial struggle, major achievements and historical experience.
