In order to further improve the integrity education of postgraduates, enhance their integrity awareness and help postgraduates master the knowledge and process related to applying for student loans, on November 16, the College of ocean science and engineering held a lecture on integrity education and student loans in the classroom of the scientific research building. The college's financial aid counselors and 2021 postgraduates attended the lecture.
In the lecture, the counselor and teacher explained the financial knowledge related to student loans, repayment policies, repayment process, the time for repayment of principal and interest of each loan, the impact of overdue repayment and other relevant contents. Counselors and teachers especially emphasized the importance of good faith repayment, and expounded the impact and consequences of failure to repay on time on personal credit investigation with vivid cases. The present graduate students listened carefully and consulted relevant questions.
The lecture helped graduate students understand the relevant knowledge of student loans and strengthen their sense of integrity.
