On November 21, sun Hanfen, a counselor of the College of ocean science and engineering, held a special training on psychological crisis intervention for 2021 undergraduates.
During the training, Mr. Sun first explained the basic concept of psychological crisis to the students, and then focused on the key points of depression, schizophrenia and suicide prevention. Mr. Sun's explanation, combined with video materials and relevant cases, enables students to master the basic knowledge of psychological crisis intervention in a short time, which helps to improve their crisis prevention awareness and help surrounding students identify crisis signals for timely intervention.
Autumn and winter have always been the high incidence period of psychological crisis. This training hopes that students can play the role of peers, identify psychological crisis as soon as possible, and build the first psychological crisis intervention barrier among students.
