About the Speaker:
Jiang Guan, Professor, Doctor of Engineering, Director of Functional Materials Research Center, Donghua University. He has been supported by the National Science Foundation for Outstanding Young People and Shanghai Leading Talents. Currently, he is a member of the Quantum Science and Flexible Electronics Committee of the Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Education, an expert in the evaluation of Engineering and Materials Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation, and vice president of the Testing Technology Branch of the Chinese Silicate Society.
Professor Jiang Guan has been engaged in the preparation, forming and sintering mechanism of ceramic powders for a long time. In recent years, he has presided over more than 20 research projects, including national key research and development programs, 863 programs, major basic research programs of the National Natural Science Foundation, key and general projects, etc. So far in Adv. Mater. Adv. Funct. Mater. Nat. Commun. He has published more than 200 SCI indexed academic papers in international famous academic journals. It has obtained more than 40 invention patents at home and abroad, including 13 international invention patents.
Wang Lianjun, Professor of School of Materials, Donghua University, Director of Engineering Research Center of Advanced Glass Manufacturing Technology, Ministry of Education. Editorial board member of journals such as Journal of Advanced Ceramics, Journal of Inorganic Materials, Bulletin of Ceramics, Journal of Donghua University, etc. Director of Testing Branch of Chinese Silicate Society, Director of Special Glass Branch of Chinese Silicate Society, director of Engineering Ceramics Professional Committee of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, director of National New Materials Testing and Evaluation Platform - Advanced Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials Industry Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He has been selected as the Young and middle-aged scientific and Technological Innovation Leaders of the Innovation Promotion Plan, the New Century Outstanding Talents of the Ministry of Education, and the Shuguang Scholars Program of Shanghai.
He is mainly engaged in the research of advanced ceramics, organic/inorganic thermoelectric materials, such as Nat. Commu., Adv.Mater., Adv. Funct.Mater., Adv.Energy Mater. He has published more than 120 research papers in other journals. He has obtained 16 authorized Chinese invention patents (3 transferred to enterprises), written three English academic monographs (chapters), and made more than 20 conference reports and chapter invitation reports in academic conferences at home and abroad. As the project leader, he has presided over more than 20 projects including National Natural Science Foundation, National key Research and Development Program sub-projects and key projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. Won 1 second prize of Shanghai Natural Science.
