Brief introduction of speaker: Mainly engaged in the research of Marine geotechnical engineering and engineering geology.
He received his PhD degree from Dalian University of Technology in 2002, and then taught there. From 2007 to 2016, he served as Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia. In 2016, he joined Ocean University of China as a professor.
In recent years, he has presided over the general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, key projects and science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars.
He has published 69 SCI papers, nearly half of which have been published in three international journals of geotechnical engineering.
The research results have been applied to landslide disaster evaluation in the South China Sea, wellhead foundation design of the second trial production of deep-water combustible ice in China, pile analysis of jack-up platform in many seas at home and abroad, emplacement and bearing capacity design of flat anchor in the Waters off Angola, etc.
