On the morning of May 17, 2021, the Ministry of Education held the 2021 University Laboratory Safety On-site Inspection Launch and Work Exchange Conference (online meeting), which was presided over by Song Yi, the first-level inspector of the Department of Higher Education.
At the meeting, Zhang Guohui, deputy director of the Department of Science, Technology and Information Technology, made a review of the safety work of university laboratories during the 13th Five Year Plan and a work deployment report in 2021. The conference also invited three experts from Jilin University, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Tsinghua University to exchange on the practice of university laboratory safety management, cultural construction, inspection points and other contents.
The leaders of our school attached great importance to the learning opportunity of laboratory safety. Wang Weiyi, Party Secretary of our school, organized all the laboratory teachers to study online in conference room 408, and the present teachers listened to the meeting carefully. After the meeting, the participating teachers have said that the harvest is quite abundant, in the future teaching and scientific research experimental work, to strengthen understanding, improve the station, with more strict standards to strengthen the safety of self-inspection work.
