GAO Pan, male, born in March 1989, henan nanyang, Dr. 2010 undergraduate course graduation in China university of petroleum (Beijing) mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation major, graduated from fudan university in 2016, fluid mechanics, a doctor's degree. Since 2016, the work in ship and ocean engineering of Shanghai maritime university.

Main research direction: Marine structure interaction with the soil, ocean engineering structure analysis.

Once successively in 863 project "jacket platform based on vibration monitoring safety assessment", the national natural science fund project "jack-up drilling platform piles nonlinear mechanism of piles and soil in the process of research" and cosl scientific research project "offshore oil 944 square jetted piles pile shoe system optimization design platform" project.

Published more than 10 papers, including 1 SCI retrieval, EI retrieval 4, core 2 articles.
