From November 23rd to 24th, 2019, the China Public Safety Conference was held in Beijing. This conference was hosted by the Institute of Public Safety Science and Technology and supported by the China Agenda 21 Management Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the New Technology Development Center of the China Association for Science and Technology. School of Marine Science and Engineering, Transportation Safety and Environmental Engineering, second-level degree program, graduate student Prince Wang submitted to the conference and participated in a paper report "Retrospection and Prospects of LNG Supply Chain Security Research", which was rigorous at this conference. The selection was outstanding and won the "Excellent Paper Award".
It is reported that this conference received a total of 241 papers submitted by universities across the country, 229 papers, and 88 applications for outstanding papers. After rigorous data review, review, expert letter review, anonymous review and on-site review of the excellent annual paper selection committee of the academic annual meeting, expert review by voting, and on-site report confirmation and effect evaluation, 6 outstanding papers were finally selected, accounting for The total number of submitted papers is 2.49%.
This is the first time that our graduate students have won this honor. Jiao Yu and Li Jie, the guidance teachers of the Department of Safety Science and Engineering, have devoted a lot of time and energy to this.
