On the afternoon of January 2, 2013, the working conference of College of Ocean Environment and Engineering on declaring 2013 National Natural Science Funds was held in room 408 of the Ocean Building. The dean, secretary, scientific research secretary and some teachers attended this conference. And the executive vice dean Liu Wenbai hosted this conference.
The vice dean LiuWenbai firstly summarized the declaration the National Natural Science Funds last year, and then analyzed declaration skills of the National Natural Science Funds. According to his many years' experiences and feelings of declaring the National Natural Science Fund project and evaluating of the National Natural Science Funds project, he gave a detailed analysis and interpretation preparations, points for attention and writing of applications and reviewing processes, especially on how to select a subject to which the young teachers paid attentions.
The Vice dean, Liu Yingxue analyzed the new rules and new trends of declaring 2013 National Natural Science Funds, sharing the article "On the Declaration of the National Natural Science Funds " written by Dr. Dai Shiqiang. At the same time, he deployed the specific work for the 2013 National Natural Science Funds declaration. In the end, the secretary Hu Rongshan gave a summary, emphasizing that the declaration of the National Natural Science Fund is the top priority in the researching work of the College of Ocean Environment and Engineering, and is a part of the subject development and strengthening the college connotation construction, hoping that teachers should take it seriously.
